Bresaola Condita (Bresaola with Egg)

Serves 4

Ingredients

350g Bresaola, Finely Sliced
1 tbsp Italissima Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Egg Yolks

1 tsp Merchants Fresh Ground Pepper
1 tsp Merchants Oregano
Juice of 1 Lemon

Instructions

1. Arrange wafer-thin slices of bresaola on four plates. Sprinkle with olive oil. Beat the egg yolks and drizzle over the bresaola. Season with pepper and oregano and leave for a few minutes before sprinkling with lemon juice. Serve with rye bread.
