Prosciutto with Melon

Serves 3-4

Ingredients

12 slices Principe Prosciutto di Parma sliced thinly
1 Ripe cantaloupe melon

3 Ripe kiwis, peeled and thinly sliced, optional lime wedges

Instructions

1. Make 18 large melon balls from the melon. Arrange equal portions of the melon balls, Prosciutto and kiwi slices decoratively on six individual plates. Garnish with lime wedges, if desired.
