Blackberry Fennel Salad with Honey and Balsamic
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 Romaine bunch, chopped
1 Fennel Bulb, Sliced
2 pints Strawberries, Chopped
1 pint Blackberries, Whole
¼ cup Preferisco Balsamic Vinegar
¼ cup Okanagan Falls organic honey
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Place the romaine salad in a bowl. Top with fennel, strawberries, and blackberries.
Just before serving, drizzle the honey and balsamic vinegar over the top of the salad. Sprinkle salt and pepper to your liking on top and serve.
